Responsibilities:

  • Is recognized as a thought leader in one or more Digital technologies, process areas or industries
  • Is able to network and collaborate with Digital and business leaders of customer organizations, develop perspectives on industry and digital technology trends.
  • Building and designing next generation digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations worldwide.
  • Ability to recognize innovation patterns, disruptors and applying them to unravel and improve around client business situations.
  • Focus on strategic clients who are embarking on digital initiatives by working closely with the sales and delivery teams to drive solutions for large and complex programs
  • Manage the deal flow within the technology stream, assign the appropriate Bid Architect and mobilize additional Bid Team members from across organization
  • Providing advisory support on recommended technologies, products and platforms, developing future state enterprise and technical architectures and providing technology leadership in successfully bidding for these customer engagements.
  • Work with Sales and Delivery leadership to evaluate deal qualification and prioritize the deals for the sales enablement bid architects
  • Consult with Communities of Practice (CoP) leadership to drive development of reference approaches and architectures for common client initiative types that can be efficiently modified for prospective client specifics
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, execute and assess effectiveness
  • Mentor and coach on and off-shore domain team members to effectively operate as “One Virtual Team”
  • Ensure standardized Sales Enablement content for the domain is relevant, up to date and actively used in pursuits
  • Ensure processes are being adhered to tools and templates are being consistently utilized on all deals
  • Develop training and development plan for Sales Enablement team members (on and off-shore)

Required:

  • Should have in depth technology expertise in areas like Digital/Mobility, UX, Micro services, Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Intelligence, Dev Ops,  IOT & Advanced Analytics, Big Data & Machine Learning /AI, Cloud and SAAS/PAAS platforms. Should be able to drive in-depth discussions with SME’s in some of these areas of technology
  • Should have experience and understanding in delivering solutions on one or more of these platforms like AWS, GCP, MS Azure
  • Should have lead, delivered or successfully bid as an architect for one or more digital transformation programs (Size > $2 – $10M) with real business outcomes
  • Should have played the role of a Senior Digital Architect in the past and should have lead a team of architects as part of large programs
  • Should have technology breadth (covering experience, digital architecture, analytics, cloud and security) and depth in more of these areas to drive end to end technology solution
  • Should have great communication/articulation skills to be able to provide thought leadership at a certain level of abstraction while interfacing directly with SME’s, Client Leadership teams in IT like CIO’s, CXO’s, IT Directors Etc.
  • Should have hand-on to code and be able review the detailed design, code, configuration, data model and provide specific inputs to the architects and developers
  • Should have good understanding of the leading open source technologies, frameworks and tools in the market
  • Should be able to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry experience: Oil & Gas, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Communication and Media, High-Tech
  • Advanced degree (i.e. MBA ) is a plus
